HighTide Festival, Aldeburgh

A road trip is always a fun excursion, especially when it’s to the beautiful town of Aldeburgh to perform at the HighTide Festival. We were delighted to be one of four acts representing the St. James Studio, performing a show consisting of our best material from the 2016 St. James residency.

After dropping off our costumes at Aldeburgh’s Jubilee Hall we raced back to Ipswich for an interview at BBC Radio Suffolk with Stephen Foster. It was great to drop in and chat to Stephen about all our upcoming plans, but no sooner we were finished in the studio than we were back on the road to HighTide!

It was our pleasure to perform to a wonderfully receptive audience – and indeed to perform on a very quirky set, belonging to a Chinese play from earlier that day!
